We have bought and sold at least 4 homes since married and Antonio Wilson was the rudest, most unprofessional inspector we have ever experienced. My husband took off work to be home for our scheduled appointment at 9am. Then we get a reschedule for 10:30-11am. Then another reschedule. As if HIS time is more valuable than ours. He finally shows up at 12:15pm with an attitude towards my husband, doesn't introduce himself, walks up the driveway all bowed up wanting to know where the person he talked to on the phone was at (our realtor, because we were frustrated my husband wasted his day waiting for Antonio). Walked around my house like he owned it, slamming cabinet doors, didn't put anything back after moving them. Just disrespectful and gives other actual professional inspectors a bad name. Use anyone but him!!

Yesterday I worked with Cliff-Bell Real Estate Inspectors. Antonio was very professional, informative, and kind. He observed so many things that I didn't notice at all.
