I have zero complaints and that is weird because I am typically super picky with services that are provided. The inspection went smooth and the follow-up was better than any other previous inspector. We have bought and sold at least 4 homes since married and Antonio Wilson was the rudest, most unprofessional inspector we have ever experienced. My husband took off work to be home for our scheduled appointment at 9am. Then we get a reschedule for 10:30-11am. Then another reschedule. As if HIS time is more valuable than ours. He finally shows up at 12:15pm with an attitude towards my husband, doesn't introduce himself, walks up the driveway all bowed up wanting to know where the person he talked to on the phone was at (our realtor, because we were frustrated my husband wasted his day waiting for Antonio). Walked around my house like he owned it, slamming cabinet doors, didn't put anything back after moving them. Just disrespectful and gives other actual professional inspectors a bad name. Use anyone but him!!

I support black owned business, but I will never support Cliffs business ever again. The inspection process took over 6 hours, he was late and marked things that were in working condition. I had two different inspections and the items he listed never showed up on theirs report. Also he wants to advertise his business on my property. Definitely look the other way if you hear his name come up. 🤬

Yesterday I worked with Cliff-Bell Real Estate Inspectors. Antonio was very professional, informative, and kind. He observed so many things that I didn't notice at all. He checked every inch of the property and spoke with me after the inspection about his findings. I am so glad I hired this company and will surely work with them again if I have another property.
